Chart notes
POP'S GIRL broke a bit slowly but recovered to be forwardly placed early on, tracked the pace from the inside heading into the turn, waited for racing room nearing the quarter pole, angled off of the rail to upper stretch then rallied between foes into the final furlong, vied for the lead into the final sixteenth and determinedly bested STACY ELLEN in deep stretch to prevail. STACY ELLEN got bumped hard at the start and was last away from the gate, allowed to settle early, advanced between foes approaching the turn, got held up in traffic while three wide approaching the quarter pole, rallied five wide to upper stretch and vied for the lead into the final furlong, gamely battled POP'S GIRL into the final sixteenth, was outfinished for the win in deep stretch and bested the rest in a good effort. LIL SHARPIE got shuffled back a bit in the early going then shifted to the outside of rivals, tracked the pace while widest approaching the turn, chased five to six wide nearing the quarter marker, vied for the lead four wide into upper stretch then battled into the final furlong, yielded to the top pair in the final sixteenth and held safely in the end for third. SWEET VIVIAN settled just off of the early pace and tracked between rivals along the backstretch, chased between foes and two wide approaching the quarter pole then vied for the lead between runners into upper stretch, battled into the final furlong, gave way late and was outkicked in the final yards for third. JAC'S COCOABELLA settled while saving ground in the early stages, maintained an inside path into the turn then was blocked behind a wall of runners nearing the quarter pole, swung seven wide to upper stretch, could not muster the needed late response but improved position in deep stretch. NATIVE LUCCI raced close up to the early pace, went up and disputed the pace between rivals along the backstretch run, pressed the pace two to three wide into the turn, battled between foes to upper stretch, could not keep pace into the final furlong and weakened late. TRUEST AIR traded bumps with STACY ELLEN at the start and was off a bit slowly, showed early speed and contested the pace from between runners along the backstretch, set the pace a bit off of the rail into the turn, came under pressure into upper stretch, was overtaken nearing the furlong grounds and tired in the late stages. MO DON'T STOP broke alertly, contested the early pace from outside of rivals, chased the pace three to four wide heading to the turn, lost position nearing the quarter pole, could not find more into the stretch drive and came up empty late.
