GHOST BIKE prominent in the early stages, rated nicely into the first turn, tracked the decent pace along the backstretch run then roused into the far turn, rallied four then five wide to upper stretch and vied for the lead nearing the furlong pole, battled PACE past mid-stretch, got the better of the game runner-up in the final sixteenth and edged away late to prevail. PACE was forwardly placed while four wide to the first turn, tracked the leading pair while well placed along the backstretch, got caught in a bit of traffic on the run to the far turn, chased to the quarter marker then bid three wide and between rivals to upper stretch, vied for the lead into the final furlong, was bested by GHOST BIKE in the final sixteenth and was a clear second best. PARKER allowed to settle in the early running, coaxed two wide to the quarter marker, spun three wide to upper stretch, was no match for the top pair into the stretch, kept on through the lane and outfinished the rest to earn the show honors. HAGLER hustled leaving the start, advanced between rivals into the first turn, confronted NOT YET CHARLIE into the backstretch run, dueled outside of that rival while disputing a solid pace heading to the far turn, shook free of NOT YET CHARLIE and vied inside of rivals at the quarter pole, was overtaken to upper stretch, weakened in the drive and was outfinished late for third. DREWPOWER got squeezed at the start and was slow away from the gate, settled off of the early pace, advanced outside of rivals along the backstretch, coaxed four wide to the quarter pole, swung five wide to upper stretch, needed more in the drive but improved position late. GOLD BUCKLE settled to the first turn, made a wide middle move and pressed the pace into the far turn, spun four wide to upper stretch, lacked the needed response at the furlong grounds and faltered in the late stages. FOREVER LASTING settled outside of rivals into the first turn, was reserved to the half-mile pole then asked for run to the far turn, coaxed three wide to the quarter pole, ran in pursuit to upper stretch but could not threaten in the late stages. NOT YET CHARLIE hustled leaving the start, led to the first turn then showed the way into the backstretch, was confronted by HAGLER and dueled through solid fractions while inside of that rival heading to the half-mile, could not keep pace into the far turn and faded in the stretch drive. CREDIT RIVER was forwardly placed while saving ground into the first turn, tracked from the inside into the backstretch, was well placed to the half-mile pole, could not keep pace to the far turn and came up empty in the stretch drive. HAD RIGHT allowed to settle to the first turn, trailed along the backstretch run and into the far turn and did not factor in the drive. THERE WAS A STEWARDS' INQUIRY INTO THE STRETCH RUN OF THIS RACE. THE STEWARDS DETERMINED THERE WAS NO FOUL COMMITTED AT THE TOP OF THE STRETCH, AND NO CHANGE WOULD BE MADE.
