Chart notes
ELECTIONEERING came away from the gate a bit awkwardly, then raced near the back of the pack through the clubhouse turn, moved up closer in the run down the backstretch, still well behind the pace, launched a bid leaving the quarter pole, then swung seven-wide into the stretch and put in a strong rally to run down FRAME UP on the lead in the final strides. FRAME UP bot bumped by PICO PLAT after the start, tracked in-hand behind the pacesetter to the far turn, bid for the lead leaving the five-sixteenths marker, took a short lead into the stretch, finished up well but was unable to hold off the winner in the final yards. KLIMTSTER settled mid-pack on the inside through the early running, then finished with some late interest to gain third while no threat to the winner. PICO PLAT broke in and made some contact with FRAM UP, then easily made the lead from the start and attempted to temper the pace while clear of the rest, gave way readily when challenged at the five-sixteenths marker, then tired while racing on the wrong lead through the stretch. WILDING LANE tracked behind the pace not far back, remained in good position to the stretch, then lacked a rally. SLIGOTIME veered out at the start, then settled near the back then lacked a finish. UNUSUAL ACTIVITY chased in last early on, then made a tepid late bid but was unable to improve. EASTERN EXTENSION (IRE) went four-wide through the first turn while advancing on the leaders, settled in a tracking position to the far turn, then was unable to quicken with the rest in the late stages and was outfinished. AMERICAN SILVER was racing in mid-pack, suffered a catastrophic injury past the three-quarter pole, and was euthanized. Copyright 2026 Equibase Company LLC. All Rights Reserved.
