Chart notes
CHIEF BUCKEYE was settled early then rallied three wide on the turn to take command, drew off in upper stretch then was kept to task in late stretch. THE PINK Z showed good early speed and dueled for the lead into the turn, gamely dug in throughout the stretch but was second best in the end. GENERAL WINSTON dueled for the early lead while two wide into the turn, was in a long drive but lacked a late response in the stretch. PRIVATE DRIVE was unhurried early then rallied and was four wide in upper stretch but was no menace in late stretch. MOR CRAFTY bobbled at the start then was unhurried early on, moved out to be four wide in upper stretch but was no threat. MUCHO PRIMO chased the early pace while inside into the turn, was used up then faltered in the stretch. SERENDIPITOUS stalked the early pace while two wide, was used up then gave way.
