HARTSTEIN was settled then rallied four wide on the turn, was in a long drive and dug in gamely to hold sway in the final strides. AUTHENTIC COWTOWN was two wide into the turn then blocked behind rivals, was shuffled back into the turn then rallied and moved out to be five wide in upper stretch then closed willingly and missed in a good effort. STONE COLD CAT was unhurried early then rallied on the turn, was five wide in upper stretch and closed ground willingly in late stretch. NATIONAL STORY was unhurried early then rallied on the turn, swung out to be six wide in upper stretch to make a bid but was out finished in the end.
