Chart notes
NIKOLINA chased from inside, bid two wide midway on the turn, took over past the quarter pole, carried a short lead over SENASTIONAL DREAM into deep stretch and edged clear. SENSATIONAL DREAM tracked the pace outside a rival, eased over to the three path on the turn, challenged NIKOLINA from outside in upper stretch but got turned away in the final sixteenth. KITTY MARREN dropped off the pace and angled in, drew closer late on the backstretch, saved ground through the turn, took aim in upper stretch but flattened out in the late stages. MANHATTAN BEAUTY sat off the pace outside rivals, went two wide into the turn, angled over to the rail then eased back out and chased three wide into the lane and weakened. WATERSHED MOMENT away quickly to established an early lead, came under threat from the winner midway around the bend, drifted out a bit and was corrected at the quarter pole costing him some momentum, yielded to the new leader late on the bend and tired.
