LOOKING FOR YOU , a bit fractious behind the gate, tossed his head leaving the gate, quickly regrouped and stalked the dueling leaders four wide and under coaxing, moved to engage past the five sixteenths, emerged in a battle outside EVERY THIRD DAY leaving the three sixteenths, asserted himself under right handed asks near the sixteenth marker, powered away while kept alert then continued on nicely through the gallop out. EVERY THIRD DAY broke inward, corrected and dueled three wide outside STATE FORTY EIGHT, battled on between foes into the stretch, stayed on to the inside of the winner leaving mid stretch, gave way grudgingly through the final seventy yards and was clearly best of the rest. NOW CATO came in at the break then steadied briefly when recovering, saved ground advancing mid turn, shifted out for the final furlong and finished with good energy. FLIGHT RYDER , forced in and steadied at the break, regrouped and was urged in the clear leaving the far turn, came three wide for the drive and continued on with effort. STATE FORTY EIGHT got into a pace scrum off the rail and to the inside of EVERY THIRD DAY, stayed on to the three sixteenths then weakened. TAKE THE RAIL , off the pace, saved ground into the lane and failed to menace. HE GOT LIT broke a step slow, chased three wide leaving the half and retreated. RUNNING WRANGLER , force in at the break, recovered and flashed speed, appeared to lose action after about a sixteenth of a mile, was pulled up entering the turn, walked onto the equine ambulance and was transported off the track. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction, and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
