Chart notes

TROUBLE N PARADISE chased from the two path around the turn, gained the lead outside COCKTAIL PRINCESS inside the sixteenth pole and drove clear. COCKTAIL PRINCESS sprinted to the front soon after the start, stayed near the inner rail, was still on the lead at the sixteenth pole and weakened late. HOT JAMMIES , bumped by ICY CAPE soon after the break, circled the turn three wide, was well positioned leaving the turn and flattened out. BANGO'S HEAT , along the inner rail entering the turn, eased out, swung to the six path in upper stretch and failed to menace. B C CHU CHU , four wide leaving the turn, floated to the seven path in upper stretch and lacked a rally. THE GREAT HAYNES stayed along the inner rail throughout and weakened. ICY CAPE bumped HOT JAMMIES soon after the start and trailed.
