Chart notes
ROYAL LINEAGE was forwardly placed racing two-wide and finished strongly to be up in the final sixteenth. ATTILA'S BOY was prominently placed, moved up four-wide nearing the stretch, took the lead nearing the eighth pole but was unable to resist the winner late. NOBODY'S PERFECT was unhurried early, rallied five-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. I'M A DREAMER TOO settled in the back of the field early, came six-wide into the stretch and rallied late. BONNIE MAE'S MARK set the pace racing removed from the rail, came three-wide into the stretch and weakened. HENNESSY LOOKER RF steadied in tight along the inside nearing the three-eighths pole then dropped back, came three-wide into the stretch but was unable to recover the lost ground. RONCHETTI steadied from between horses nearing the three-eighths pole then dropped back while saving ground and was not a factor. SAPELLO SICARIO gave way after showing brief speed. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE INCIDENT NEARING THE THREE-EIGHTHS POILE BUT AFTER VIEWING THE FILMS MADE NO CHANGE IN THE ORDER OF FINISH.
