Chart notes
SMOKED PEACH broke alertly, bumped outside rival fighting for position soon after the start, tracked the vying two sum three wide into the far turn, sent to the attack same three deep placing leaving the quarter pole, leader into the lane, inside rival through the final stages, held on under an all-out drive. PONEY ISLAND rated off the pace around the first turn, quickened stride circled the field three wide leaving the furlong marker, under a strong left hand drifted out nearing the sixteenth post, quickly regained stride, re-rallied with vigor, just missed. JUDY G broke alertly, vied inside into the far turn, no match for outside rivals leaving the furlong marker, stayed on willingly for the show. BAYTOWN MUNNY bumped soon after the start, raced off the pace five deep around both turns, improved position through the final sixteenth. ROCKIN' LIONESS away in good order, chased the top duo inside down the backside, came up empty through the stretch. HOPING broke sharp, vied two wide down the backside, under pressure leaving the quarter pole, gave way through the stretch. SINGING SOFTLY saved ground off the pace, never threatened. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
