Chart notes

BUY LOCAL broke out at the start, rated off of the early pace then tracked to the half-mile pole, bid two wide and between rivals into the far turn, took command to upper stretch and kicked clear into the lane, wandered late but kept to task in deep stretch and held safely for the win. GHOSTED AGAIN broke out, hit the gate at the start and was off slowly, settled to the backstretch while not far back, chased the leaders to the far turn, mounted a three wide bid to upper stretch, angled in behind his drifting stablemate into the final sixteenth, could not reel that one in late and was a clear second. CASH WATERFALL broke alertly, ceded the early lead then tracked the pace to the backstretch, pressed the pace three deep leaving the half-mile pole, lost position at the quarter pole, stayed on into the lane, was no match late for the top pair but was clear in the end for third. AMERICAN CENTURY broke alertly and assumed early command, set a decent pace to the half-mile, came under pressure into the far turn and dug in nearing the quarter pole, was overtaken to upper stretch, could not keep pace into the final furlong and faded. M G ROJO LOCO was bothered by an inner rival at the start and was off slowly, was unhurried while saving ground to the backstretch, kept an inside path to the far turn and did not factor in the stretch drive. WAREISTHELUTE was forwardly placed to the first turn, tracked the decent pace while widest nearing the half-mile marker, chased into the far turn, was outrun to upper stretch and gave way in the drive.
