Chart notes
TORREADO close up, dueled pace to the half, took command quarter marker, kicked clear to mid-stretch, ridden out. SGT MUSKETT broke in, tracked early pace inside, shuffled back at the three-eighths, angled out and re-bid five wide to upper stretch, no match late for the winner, second best. DASHING AMERICAN took early command, dueled pace inside to the half, battled to the quarter pole, no match for the winner into the stretch, outkicked for second, held clearly for third. TAP THE PRIZE crowded at the start, rushed up and chased three to four wide into the backstretch, ran in pursuit to the quarter pole then could not muster the needed response in the stretch. BYE BYE RUSS rated off of the early pace, tracked between rivals to the half-mile pole, chased into the far turn, asked for run two wide to upper stretch and did not rally late. AMERICAN SECRETS lunged start, unhurried while saving ground to the half, saved ground to the far turn, lacked a final bid in the stretch, moved up. FIGHT MONEY hopped then jostled at the start and off slowly, recovered to be forwardly placed to the first turn, tracked the pace while widest nearing the half-mile marker, chased four wide into the far turn, lacked the needed response at mid-stretch then weakened late. RENATO'S SPIRIT hit the gate then was crowded at the start, settled while wide in the early stages, coaxed two wide into the far turn, swung to the four path to upper stretch and did not factor late. RAIL RUNNER jostled and sandwiched at the start, trailed to the half-mile pole, eased through the stretch and was transported off of the track via the equine ambulance. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE START, AND RULED THERE WOULD BE NO CHANGE. Copyright 2026 Equibase Company LLC. All Rights Reserved.
