Chart notes
APREMONT settled off of the early pace while never far back, asked for run three wide to upper stretch, vied for the lead into the final sixteenth then edged clear late. TINAJA contested the early pace from between rivals, held a narrow lead approaching the quarter pole, dug in into upper stretch, could not hold off APREMONT in the late stages and held well at the wire for second. AIR SPORT ONE off a bit slow, hustled to dispute the early pace between foes, pressed the pace from the inside heading to the quarter marker, battled into the lane, was outkicked by the winner into the final sixteenth and just missed for second at the wire, while well clear of the rest for third. HES HIGH OH SILVER lunged at the start, settled to the turn, advanced inside nearing the quarter pole, angled out for the stretch drive, was no match for the top three but improved position in the final sixteenth. SLAPPY off a step slow to begin, settled off of the contested early pace, coaxed five to six wide to upper stretch, moved up in the lane. AWSOME CHARLIE bobbled at the start, rushed up and disputed the early pace five wide, pressed four wide to the quarter pole, was outkicked to upper stretch, stayed on into the final furlong then weakened late. NO MASK REQUIRED erratic and green in the early going, settled off of the early pace, outrun to the quarter pole and did not threaten in the stretch. GIULIANO'S SONG away in good order, contested the early pace from between rivals, pressed three wide to the quarter pole then drifted out nearing the top of the stretch, corrected and chased to mid-stretch then tired in the final stages. LUMPYS COMFORT off a bit slow leaving the gate, rushed up along the inside and disputed the early pace, lost position into the turn, chased to upper stretch then came up empty in the final furlong. ICEE MOVE hopped at the start and was last away from the gate, was green and climbed in the early stages then trailed to the turn, was last into upper stretch and did not factor in the late stages.
