Chart notes
CORIE'S BOY broke in and bumped at the start, close up to the backstretch, vied three wide to the far turn, dueled two wide to the quarter, took command to upper stretch, dug in into the final sixteenth, held well late for the win. PINEY BLUFF forwardly placed while five to six wide to the first turn, four wide early move into the backstretch, led into the far turn then overtaken to upper stretch, fought gamely to the final sixteenth, denied for the win and bested the rest. KHANTARO D'ORO led from the inside into first turn, stalked to the half then shuffled back into the far turn, angled four wide to upper stretch, re-bid into the final furlong, outkicked in the final sixteenth, clear third. BILL bumped at the start, close up while four wide to the first turn, tracked to the half-mile pole, chased while in traffic nearing the quarter pole, kept on into the stretch but could not find more late. SHAME ON SAM broke out, prominent to the first turn, stalked the decent pace to the half-mile, vied from the inside into the far turn, was outkicked to upper stretch then tired in the late stages. MAXIMUM BULL forwardly placed while four to five wide to the first turn, tracked the decent pace while widest approaching the half-mile, chased four then five wide nearing the top of the lane, outkicked to mid-stretch, weakened in the final stages. SCORPION SHOT settled and saved ground to the backstretch, caught in tight entering the far turn, chased to the quarter pole and could not muster a final response in the stretch. THE LAST FEAT broke out at the start and was last away from the gate, trailed to the half-mile, saved ground approaching the quarter marker and was not involved late.
