Chart notes
MYSTICAL CODE broke alertly and pushed to the early lead, managed to slow the pace to a crawl for the first half, went to a clear lead on the far turn, then drew off under steady handling. LITTLE IRIS stalked the early pace three-wide to the far turn, then took up futile chase of the eventual winner through the stretch and saved the place. GOSPEL LOIS settled inside off the pace early, lost some ground on the far turn as the pace quickened, kept to the inside and finished well to gain third. MYSTIC GRACE tracked in the three-path in the second flight, finished evenly in the stretch, and was outfinished for a minor award. COOL AMERICAN BABE stalked the early pace to the half, dropped out, then was outrun from that point. THUNDERMUNNYBALL trailed throughout.
