Chart notes
MENCKE pressed early pace two wide, re-bid three wide upper stretch, edged clear late. DAVE'SBOLDTHUNDER chased the early pace between foes and two wide, closed for second. TICKET TO PARADISE hustled, set the pace from the inside then the two path nearing the quarter marker, met the bid of MENCKE to mid-stretch, yielded late, saved third. THE PIRANHA unhurried early, trailed to the turn, angled four to five wide into the final furlong and found his best stride late. NILAMBAR rated off of the early pace, swung to the six path into upper stretch and made a mild late rally. VIGNERON settled just off of the early pace, was well placed to the turn, chased from the inside to the quarter pole, weakened in the drive. JOE G TWENTYTHREE off a step slowly, tracked the early pace from the outside, coaxed four wide to upper stretch, chased to the furlong marker, gave way.
