Chart notes
NODAH squeezed at the seven-eighths pole between rivals, was angled in on the first turn, remained inside thereafter, lodged an inside rally in the stretch and was driven clear under her jubilant rider. CANAL STREET pinched at the seven-eighths pole, settled while three wide, drifted out just past the eighth pole and stayed on in the stretch. R T'S GEM gained the early lead, held well into the stretch but was worn down in the last eighth. PRECIOUS MONEY bumped at the seven-eighths pole, chased the pacesetter while four wide, lacked room at the eighth pole, was angled in soon after and offered no late bid. KALIL placed in tight quarters at the seven-eighths pole, ducked out soon after causing a chain reaction, lodged a five wide bid around the far turn but came up empty in the stretch. NORAH G hopped at the start was bumped at the seven-eighths pole, stalked the pace, dropped back on the far turn and faltered. FOLLOWING THE RACE, THE RIDER OF PRECIOUS MONEY LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF CANAL ALLEGING INTERFERENCE IN THE VICINITY OF THE EIGHTH POLE. AFTER REVIEWING, VIDEOTAPED REPLAYS, THE STEWARDS MADE NO CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF FINISH.
