Chart notes
BEEBLEBROX trailed from inside to the far turn, moved to the two path to pass a rival, angled out to unleash a rally, reeled in ALLEQUIN late and drove clear. ALLEQUIN SUMMER showed brief speed outside a rival then took a stalking position and angled in on the clubhouse turn, moved up to challenge between rivals on the backstretch, took over approaching the far turn, lost the lead dueling around the bend, regained the advantage turning for home, cleared inner rival in upper stretch and got run down late. START THE RIDE steadied a bit behind a rival on the first turn, moved out and bid four then three deep in the middle stages, chased after the top pair into the far turn, moved out in the lane and kept trying to earn third. UECKER grabbled the early lead from inside, confronted by outer pair on the backstretch, lost the lead nearing the far turn, put a head back in front dueling on the far turn, relinquished the lead coming into the stretch, yielded to the new leader and flattened to fourth. SOUTHERN MELODEE tracked two wide then found the rail on the first turn, made an early challenge between rivals on the backstretch but got put in tight at the nine-sixteenths pole, dropped back along the inside around the far turn and had little left for the stretch run.
