SAPELLO RIDDLER allowed to settle early on, gained ground while widest along the backstretch, mounted a four wide rally into the far turn, loomed to upper stretch then battled into the lane, responded well in deep stretch and got up in the final strides to prevail. STAND UP GUY vied for the early lead from between foes, got caught a bit in tight into the first turn, was shuffled back then tracked the leaders along the backstretch, well placed to the far turn, rallied two wide to upper stretch, battled to deep stretch and just missed for the win, while holding for second. AMERICAN STORM off a step slowly, showed speed and disputed the early pace three wide and between rivals, took command into the backstretch then led to the far turn, came under pressure to upper stretch then was overtaken into the lane, fought on late and was a clear third. EXIT STRATEGY broke in a bit at the start and crowded inner rival, vied for the early lead from the inside, rated into the backstretch and tracked while saving ground to the far turn, re-bid into the second turn, could not find more into the stretch and yielded late. CALL ME RAY off a step slowly, was hustled to contest the early pace four wide, pressed into the backstretch run, lost ground into the far turn and gave way. ONWITHIT crowded a bit at the start then settled early on, advanced three wide and between foes into the far turn, spun four wide to upper stretch, could not sustain his bid to the stretch and weakened late. FIRE UP LUTE hopped then spotted the field at the start, trailed to the backstretch, was outrun to the far turn, pulled up prior to the finish and walked off under his own power.
