TIZLIGHTNING forwardly placed early, chased from the inside heading to the turn, dueled inside of APURO into the bend, drifted out to upper stretch then took command into the lane, drew away while kept to task in the late stages and was ridden out to win as much the best. PINK PACIFIC settled in the early going, gained ground three wide to the turn, fanned four to five wide to upper stretch, was no match late for the winner but fought on and got up for the place honors. JAIME'S COMMITMENT away in good order and close up to the early pace, chased the leading pair three wide into the turn, fanned four wide to upper stretch, could not keep pace with the winner into the drive, was outkicked late for second and held safely for third. LONZO WHO unhurried in the early running, coaxed four wide to the turn, caught in a bit of traffic to upper stretch, angled widest for the drive and offered a mild late bid. BART SIP SOME forwardly placed away from the start, rated off of the early pace, chased two wide and between foes along the turn, ran in pursuit three wide to the stretch, no late kick. APURO hard sent from the gate, assumed early command then set a pressured pace to the turn, dueled outside of TIZLIGHTNING along the bend, got floated out when that rival drifted to upper stretch, could not keep pace with the winner into the drive and gave way late. PLANE TALK stumbled badly at the start and spotted the field to begin, trailed to the turn, advanced nearing the top of the lane, was caught in traffic into the stretch and did not offer a final response. ULTIMATE DECISION settled in the early stages while never far back, saved ground into the turn and was well placed nearing the top of the lane, could not find more in the late stages and weakened.
