Chart notes
PROTEGE shadowed the early leader between foes, swung out into the six path at the top of the lane and surged past the remaining rivals just in time. BROADCASTER settled not too far behind the pace, ranged up five wide through the turn, entered the stretch in a close up position, fought hard down the lane for a very gamely finish. HEAVEN STREET pressed the early pace setter from the two path, dueled that foe down the stretch, claimed a narrow lead at the sixteenth before getting overtaken by two outer foes in the final strides. IKIGAI took command shortly after the start, came under pressure from HEAVEN STREET in the turn, dueled with that one down the stretch before meeting a couple of outer bids in the final sixteenth to get out-finished. AMUSING MISCHIEF tracked the early pace four wide, entered the stretch in a prominent position but lacked a closing bid. PROM KNIGHT settled back to be the early trailer, passed tired foes in the stretch. RUSSIAN HAMMER broke slowly, raced off the pace. DISCREET DEVIL chased the pace from the inside in the early stages, retreated through the turn, eased across.
