Chart notes
LITTLE WARRIOR was wellback in the two path, driven between foes around the far turn, angled out to the five path passing the furlong grounds, and rallied past an inner trio in the final sixteenth. PENEI raced in range in the two path, was coaxed along around the far turn, angled inside midway around the far turn, ran on to lead passing the sixteenth, but got out-finished by a late charging outer rival. RANDY DAYTONA set the pace inside, was cued midway around the far turn, swung from the three path into the lane, fought on between foes into the final furlong, but got edged out on both sides late to show. CHOU CHOU D'AVEN (FR) bumped with an outer foe at the start, stalked in the three path, ranged up to bid passing the quarter, stayed on to lead in the four path passing the furlong grounds, but evened out in the final sixteenth. GREAT BARRIER bumped with an inner foe at the start, rated in the three path, was ridden in the four path around the far turn, floated out to the six path at the top of the lane, and finished willingly. BAYOU BOY tracked inside but made no closing bid.
