Chart notes
LONE MYSTIC broke slowly, quickly closed in through the turn while navigating traffic, reeled in the remaining foe in the final furlong for an impressive victory. HAVEMERCIONUS was away alertly, surrendered to GAB briefly shortly after the start before reclaiming command after the half mile marker, opened up a couple lengths in the turn, fought hard down the stretch but ultimately gave way in the final yards. BROWN'S HARMONY brushed with inner foe at the start, shadowed the early pace setter, lacked a response. MEDIATOR found position around the middle of the pack, failed to menace. GAB broke awkwardly, rushed up for a brief lead shortly after the start, chased the pace through the turn, retreated in the stretch. LONGSHOT BABY brushed with outer foe at the start, was rated on the inside, backed off to trail by the three eighths.
