Chart notes
KNICKS FACTOR reserved off the pace under patient handling down the backstretch, rallied on the turn circling five wide to engage the pacesetter in upper stretch, dueled with that one to the final yards and asserted herself in the final fifty yards to prevail. LIGHTNING LANE broke well to take command from the gate, opened a clear lead into the turn, responded when challenged turning for home to battle down the lane, drifted out inspite of right handed urging into the path of SHAUNNASAPRILFOOL and continued to fight gamely to the wire. SHAUNNASAPRILFOOL tracked the pacesetter through the turn in striking position, tipped three wide attmpting to split rivals midway down the lane, was steadied at the eighth pole when the runner-up came out into her path and ran-on to the wire. THAT'S ME went evenly posing no threat. HOPE RISING pressed the pace to the turn, came under an early ride without response and faded in the lane. THE RIDER OF SHAUNNASAPRILFOOL CLAIMED FOUL FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH BY LIGHTNING LANE, UPON REVIEW THE STEWARDS DISQUALIFIED LIGHTNING LANE AND PLACED HER THIRD.
