Chart notes
SUPERWOLF took charge shortly after the start, was challenged by WIN HERBIE WIN in the stretch, fought back to earn a very narrow victory. WIN HERBIE WIN broke swiftly, opted to track the pace from the four path shortly after the start, moved up to battle with SUPERWOLF in the final furlong for a very gamely finish. HENRY MAC was forwardly placed between runners, finished evenly for the show award. STAGE NAME settled off the pace, took to the outside of the stretch but was too little too late. EMPIRE'S FIRE settled off the pace, swung out six wide at the top of the stretch but could only make minor improvements. FORTISSIMO tracked the pace five wide, weakened in the stretch. BOOTS MALONE was fractious in the gate, was forwardly placed along the inside in the early stages, weakened in the final furlong. FULL SPECTRUM trailed throughout, no factor. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
