Chart notes
ACCONA prompted BANIDOSO racing two-wide, moved up to join that one nearing the quarter pole, dueled with him from that point and prevailed narrowly in a stiff drive. BANIDOSO saved ground setting the pace, responded when challenged by ACCONA nearing the quarter pole, dueled with that one to the wire and just missed in a game effort. SKIPPER'S PRIDE was reserved off the pace while racing two-wide but lacked a rally when asked. COACH CAMPBELL was unhurried, rallied four-wide into the stretch and improved his posiition. SAY IT AIN'T SO bobbled at the start then saved ground tracking the pace and weakened during the drive. CELTIC MISCHIEF raced in the back of the field early, rallied five-wide into the stretch and failed to be a factor.
