Chart notes
MAX IS G MONEY was away alertly to claim a ground saving lead, met a bid from CAUSEWAY BENNY in the stretch, drifted out at the eighth pole to bump into that runner, proceeded shoulder to shoulder through the finish. CAUSEWAY BENNY chased the early pace setter from the two path, challenged MAS IS G MONEY in the upper stretch but was bumped out at the eighth pole, continued alongside that runner through the finish. SENDERO settled off the pace, gained position along the inside of the far turn, was no match for the dueling leaders. SONYA KNOWS BETTER saved ground to give chase just off the rail, shifted out into the four path rounding the far turn but came up empty. WILTON tracked the pace four wide, retreated through the far turn. SPECIAL STORMY was bumped between foes at the start, trailed throughout. JOCKEY'S OBJECTION WAS LODGED BY CAUSEWAY BENNY ON MAX IS G MONEY CLAIMING INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH RUN. AFTER A STEWARDS REVIEW, THIS RESULTED IN THE DISQUALIFICATION OF MAX IS G MONEY FROM FIRST AND WAS PLACE SECOND BEHIND CAUSEWAY BENNY.
