Chart notes
JESS IN TIME saved ground setting the pace, responded when challenged by AL'S BIG BOY entering the stretch and prevailed under strong handling. AL'S BIG BOY was forwardly placed racing three-wide, moved up to offer a bid entering the stretch and was slowly gaining late. THE BRONX BULL prompted JESS IN TIME racing two-wide to near the stretch and held on fairly well during the drive for third. HALO'S VALOR chased JESS IN TIME racing along the inside but lacked a rally. HONORING AUTISM raced in the back of the field early, rallied four-wide into the stretch but was unable to seriously threaten. AMERICAIN POET saved ground while being unhurried, came two-wide into the stretch and was not a factor. THREE P'S was allowed to settle early racing two-wide and weakened.
