Chart notes
MISS JEOPARDY came away last and settled in the back, picked up the pace late on the turn, launched a bid five paths wide at the head of the lane, rallied along the outside and got up on the wire. SABRES set the pace up the backstretch, held firm around the turn, dug in gamely in late stages and got nipped in final stride. LADY RILEY stalked the leader up the backstretch, was ridden two wide around the turn, set down three wide for the drive, came in a path, ran on and secured show. RED ELEANOR rated off the early pace, put to a drive two wide at the head of the lane and had a mild improve. WHAT ABOUT Q tracked the early pace, was ridden three wide around the turn, swung four wide for the drive, raced in contention then weakened late. SHIP IT was never too far back along the inside, saved ground around the turn, came under firm handling along the rail at the head of the lane and had no response.
