Chart notes
CHILL BOSS took command from the gate, opened a clear advantage on the first turn, widened the lead on the backstretch and was never challenged coming home while geared down inside the final sixteenth. IF I WERE YOU tracked the leader for three-quarters, could not match that one and rallied with interest late to be up for the place. HALON rated in mid-pack for the first half mile, rallied on the far turn to move to the head of the chasing pack and finished evenly unable to sustain the bid in the lane. LANGSTAFF ROAD went evenly failing to menace. BROMISTA was not a threat. TRAVELLER raced up from four wide on the first turn to press the winner onto the backstretch, chased the pacesetter to the final turn and flattened out tiring at the quarter pole.
