Chart notes
ALTHESIA was reluctant to load, stalked behind the top pair and from the two path, shifted to the three path in upper stretch, sustained gradual progress while hanging on her left lead to bid outside of the leader at the sixteenth pole and edged past. LADY LUX prompted the leader from the three path, vied around the turn, led leaving the five sixteenths pole, drove clear in the two path in upper stretch but got collared by an outer bidder at the sixteenth pole and was bested. CLEVER ONE broke a step slow, trailed while tucking to the inside into the turn, unleashed a rail rally into the final furlong then moved out while belatedly gaining on the top pair late. I KNOW NOTHING raced off of the pace along the inside, chased while moving out to the four path leaving upper stretch then stayed on mildly. IT'STHETWENTYTHIRD raced off of the pace in the three path then failed to factor. LUCKY LOLLIPOP was fractious loading, set the pace near the inside, vied with an outer prompter around the turn, got headed at the five sixteenths pole and weakened. SAINT DYMPHNA tracked from the three path, chased while floating five wide in upper stretch and faded. FIRST GLANCE chased from the four to three path then tired.
