Chart notes
ARGAN set the pace in the two path as an outer rival applied firm pressure into the turn, shook clear of that one turning for home, drew off in upper stretch and held sway under a drive. PROTOMAGIC broke outwardly, lacked speed in the four path, advanced turning for home, fanned to the six path in upper stretch, ran on to duel for place with an inner foe through the final furlong and narrowly prevailed. SUNSET HARBOUR trailed along the inside, improved inside of foes turning for home, moved out to the five path and between horses in upper stretch, ran on to duel for place with an outer rival but missed at the wire. FIRST HILL tracked from the four path, tucked to the two path into the turn, chased into the lane and gave way. STREET PAINTER broke slowly and bumped with an outer foe at the start, raced off of the pace along the inside, then in the two path around the turn and tired while moving out to the five path in upper stretch. BLACK GINGER bumped with an inner foe at the start, pressed the eventual winner from the three path into the turn, but gave way in the four path turning for home and weakened. MY BOSSY LADY raced off of the pace in the three path then faded between horses turning for home.
