Chart notes
SABRES was forwardly placed up the backstretch, vied three deep at the quarter pole, took over a slim lead in upper stretch, dug in gamely 2wd late and held on. MY MAYBELENNE tracked the pace into the turn, launched a rail bid at the head of the lane, edged up into striking distance but failed to get by the winner. MY JULIA settled while never too far off the early pace, coaxed four wide at the head of the lane, advanced to race in aim for the late lead but lacked closing response. LADY RILEY vied two wide up the backstretch, kept in aim around the turn then gave way. WHAT ABOUT Q vied inside up the backstretch and around the turn, could not move on with eventual winner past the head of the lane and faded leaving the furlong marker. LONE MOUNTAIN GIRL raced four wide in range, came up empty late on the turn and continued to tire in the drive.
