Chart notes
NIGHTCAP RECAP quickly assumed command, met a bid from LEAD THE CHARGE in the upper stretch and repelled that foe to claim the victory. LEAD THE CHARGE stumbled at the start, recovered well to find a close up position, contested the lead at the top of the stretch but was out-finished. VINO VIKING was allowed to settle off the pace, was roused into a five wide position at the quarter, kept on to earn the show award. ANNABELLE'S ASSET got bumped between foes at the start, found an inside rating, was cued four wide rounding the turn but flattened out late. CATCH A BREEZE hopped at the start, raced off the pace, made no impact. I M COASTED trailed in the early stages, passed tired foes. STAR TRAVEL stalked the pace three wide in the early stages, lacked a response rounding the turn, retreated down the stretch. FINAL OUT was forward early, retreated through the turn, eased across.
