Chart notes
OLYMPIC FLAME sprinted to the lead soon after the start, set the pace and held clear around the turn, came two wide into the head of the lane, roused for more, responded willingly and drew off. PRETTY IRENE was reserved early and raced in the back, picked up the tempo late on the turn, fanned six paths wide entering the head of the lane and got up late to capture place. MISSED MY RIDE was forwardly placed up the backstretch, continued in close range around the turn, was no match for pulling away winner in the stretch but ran on with response and got edged late for place. DOTSERO raced off the early pace, fanned four wide entering the head of the lane, improved position but needed more for serious impact. INTERCONNECT tracked the leader up the backstretch, remained in contention three wide around the turn then gave way. SHE'S A CYCLONE raced in range along the inside, chased along the inside around the turn then faltered in the lane. SOBER SOMEDAY was stubborn to load then broke sharp but quickly got overtaken by the eventual winner, raced in range along the outside, chased three to four wide around the turn then retreated.
