Chart notes
DOUBLE ECHO was forwardly placed around the first turn, stalked the early leader then advanced to challenge ABSAROKA for the lead at the half mile marker, vied into the turn, shook free approaching the five sixteenths pole, came two wide into upper stretch, ran on under steady encouragement and held sway. ABSAROKA took over the lead soon after the start, led the way around the first turn and set the pace into the backstretch, took on the challenge from DOUBLE ECHO at the half mile marker, vied inside of rival into the far turn, could not match strides with the eventual winner approaching the five sixteenths pole but never gave up and ran on gamely to the end. SEVENTEEN BLACK sat just off the top pair into the backstretch, was ridden along three wide around the far turn, kept under a drive three wide down the lane and held show. OUR FLAT OUT was unhurried and raced in the back, swung three wide into upper stretch and improved late. MASH ON THE GAS raced off the pace and saved ground, hustled along two wide into upper stretch and had a mild improve. MARINARA SAUCED raced off the pace, had no response when called upon and dropped in the lane.
