Chart notes
SENSIBLE CHOICE raced in range through early stages, made a move mid-way around the far turn, vied past the quarter pole, shook free entering the head of the lane and finished going away. RED ELEANOR was forwardly placed around the first turn, stalked up the backstretch, came under a ride along the rail around the far turn, tipped three wide for the drive, ran on and gained place. GOSPEL FABULOUS led the way around the first turn and set the pace up the backstretch, took on the challenge from SENSIBLE CHOICE near the five sixteenths pole, vied inside past the furlong marker then failed to match strides turning for home, kept along the inside through the lane and got denied late for place. PURE CONNECTION was reserved in the back, came under a ride around the far turn, swung four wide into the lane and improved position without threatening. JERI DAWN raced off the pace, came three wide into the lane and lacked a needed rally. BELLE BLAZE was forwardly placed and sat just off the early leader, launched a bid for rival around the far turn then came up empty in the lane.
