Chart notes
SAYYOULOVEMEBABY broke well, initially stalked the developing pace battle, moved up to join that group five-wide into the turn, engaged with GIN AND TONIC in a furious battle down the stretch, and edged ahead in the final yards. GIN AND TONIC vied three-wide in the early pace scramble, took a narrow lead at the head of the stretch, battled gamely but was headed by the winner in the final yards. RY RY was in a bit tight after the start, settled near the rear of the field early on, racing in the three-path on the turn, started to run on mid-way through the turn, continued the rally through the late stages, closed ground on the leaders, but ran out of time. KARA FLASH hustled away and pressed the pace two-deep to the turn, dropped out of the leading pack between poles on the turn, came out four-wide into the stretch and tried to re-rallyu but could not find the needed response. REGAL TIME ducked in at the start, then was the inside horse in the pace battle, remained prominent to deep stretch, then weakened. TALKABOUT was roused from the break but was outrun through the early stages and finished one-paced through the lane. UTHINKICARE was away a bit awkwardly and slowest from the break, chased the field into the turn, came three-wide into the lane, raced on the wrong lead through the stretch, and passed one rival near the wire. ONE SWEET DEAL was up with the leading group after a sharp start, started a steady retreat leaving the seven-sixteenths marker, and was uninvolved in the late going.
