Chart notes
NOBLE J brushed with the horse to his inside at the start, recovered to stalk the leader on the outside up the backstretch, challenged from the two path coming around the bend and kicked clear while drifting out in the final furlong. LOCK AND LOAD raced into traffic in the early going while chasing the leader up the backstretch, switched to the outside to find racing room, navigated the bend from the three path and kept on to the wire. WASAMATTAFOYOU led the way through the opening quarter, saved ground around the bend and gave way in late stretch. SMOKE AN A PANCAKE tracked the leaders between horses early, continued around the turn in the four path and was outkicked. TEOFIMO trailed the field up the backstretch, made up some ground while racing in the two path around the turn and never threatened. KHOPESH brushed with the horse to his outside leaving the gate, raced off the pace up the backstretch, swung out to the five path coming around the turn and made no bid. BEST MINET YET raced in the middle of the pack on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the four path and was empty from there.
