Chart notes

GREAT RICHIE M was between rivals on the first turn and then moved out to rate on the outside down the backside, made a four wide move and went on even terms by the three-sixteenths and had a long drive with the pacesetter and prevailed late to prove best. BRONX BOYS set the pace in the two path while unchallenged and well handled throughout, headed leaving the turn and met that challenge and dug in determinedly to have a long drive with the winner but missed. SMOKE WAGON was four wide into the first turn, then went up to prompt the pace three wide and then moved in to stalk the leader from between rivals by the half mile marker, moved out leaving the five-sixteenths to be four wide by the quarter pole, came six wide into the lane and was slowly gaining in the final furlong but needed more. GOLDEN PLATE tracked the pace three wide and continued three wide on the far turn and kept on but was one paced. WE READY moved up the rail on the first turn before tapping on the brakes by the thirteen-sixteenths and then tracked the pace on the inside, came under a ride by the five-sixteenths and swung out five wide leaving the turn but lacked a late response in the final sixteenth. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
