Chart notes
ADIOS JOJO saved ground tracking CREATIVE OM, angled out to be two-wide entering the start, opened a clear lead and maintained a safe advantage. SEAS OF NORMANDY was forwardly placed racing two-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. ATMOSPHERIC RIVER saved ground racing in the back of the the field, rallied three-wide into the stretch, offered a bid nearing the eighth pole and then hung. VERITAS AEQUITAS was allowed to settle while racing five-wide on the first turn then continued to be three-wide down the backstretch, came five-wide into the stretch and lacked a rally. CREATIVE OM saved ground setting the pace to the stretch and weakened. JIMMY B saved ground while being unhurried and failed to seriously threaten. JIN TONG settled in the middle of the field racing two-wide and tired.
