Chart notes
MISTY HEART broke in, chased on the inside into the turn, cut into the lead two wide turning for home, angled in slightly at the eighth pole, headed WILLOW COVE with a sixteenth remaining, then drove clear while shifting in late. WILLOW COVE sprinted clear and showed the way with a comfortable lead into the turn, led along the rail around the bend, held a diminished lead at the quarter pole, continued clear into the final furlong, collared by MISTY HEART at the sixteenth pole and yielded late. DONTTELLOURWIVES unhurried in the early going, trailed three wide into the turn, moved to the two path then came four wide into the stretch, split foes midstretch and gained the show. IT IS WRITTEN got bumped and crowded early, chased from off the pace, angled to the rail on the turn, went two wide into the lane and never responded to urging. TOM'S STAR bumped IT IS WRITTEN shortly after the start, tracked outside a rival up the backstretch, went three wide into the turn, lost ground around the bend, entered the lane five wide and weakened. KEEP THE PAVELS chased outside a pair of rivals, lost ground on the turn, came six wide into the lane and had little left for the drive.
