MIYAKO PAUMA go bumped hard leaving the gate, chased in the two path into the turn, moved to the inside, offered a mild response in the lane and was along for second. PERSIAN PRINCESS broke in and bumped MIYAKO PAUMA, stalked close up outside the top pair, got floated out a bit by BLOCKADE at the seven-sixteenths marker, chased three wide to the lane, moved into second in upper stretch, then flattened to third in the final furlong. ALLONS Y got bumped inward by BLOCKADE at the start, took a short lead fighting inside that rival up the backstretch, lost command dueled around the bend, could not keep up in upper stretch and tired in the furlong grounds. LYING ZERO tracked three deep early, rounded the bend four then three wide and came up empty in the lane. CAP 'N GOWN followed in range from between rivals, had to check hard off the heels of PERSIAN PRINCESS at the seven-sixteenths pole, trailed three to four wide around the bend and failed to menace.
