Chart notes
FARAN vied four deep then dueled outside NOBLE TESTAMENT approaching the turn, took over at the top of the lane while beginning to drifted out, carried a short lead into deep stretch, then edged clear from the runner-up. NOBLE TESTAMENT vied three deep early then dueled inside FARAN, held a narrow lead over that rival through the turn, relinquished the lead at the top of the stretch, battled back to the sixteenth pole, then yielded to the winner but was clearly second best. SUDEIKIS vied between rivals then chased after the top pair leaving the backstretch, went two then three wide on the turn and bested the rest. CAROLINA LEGACY was off slow and veered in at the start, chased from off the pace along the inside into the turn, moved into the two path nearing the five-sixteenths pole, pursued between rivals in the lane and never threatened. JETWAY raced up close inside the top trio then chased at the half-mile pole, fell out of range on the turn, cut the corner into the stretch and could not rally. AFTER DAWN broke out, trailed the field from off the rail, angled to the two path, angled out in upper stretch and was never a factor.
