Chart notes
QUEEN KIMBE was the only runner to avoid trouble at the start, stalked from inside early, went two wide into the turn, challenged from outside early on the turn, cleared in upper stretch, remained unchallenged into the final furlong, came under threat from SWIMMINGLY late but was able to hold on. SWIMMINGLY got bumped on both sides leaving the gate, chased from off the rail, went three wide into the turn, quickly moved into the two path and looked to advance but had nowhere to run, chased determinedly into the final furlong, shifted out then shifted back in, dug in late and got denied. SUGAR LOVIN bumped leaving the gate, showed brief speed then chased outside a rival, bid three deep on the turn, went five wide into the lane, could not keep pace with the winner but kept trying to earn the show honors. SPRINGLINE broke in and bumped SUGAR LOVIN, showed speed three deep then cleared, challenged by QUEEN KIMBE early on the bend, lost command midway around the turn, failed to keep up into the stretch, weakened down the lane but was able to earn a minor award. ISNTSHELOVERLY bumped at the start, settled inside, moved out in upper stretch and failed to menace. TONAKITTY broke in and bumped, rounded the bend two then three wide and was never a factor.
