ORDER OF MERIT was hard sent from the start, settled three-wide in tracking position, then moved up through the turn to bid for the lead three-wide at the top of the stretch, finished well under strong handling and was just up at the wire. MIGHTY MESSAGE dueled to the inside of TWENTYONE N CHANGE, had a head in front in upper stretch but was tagged at the wire.. TWENTYONE N CHANGE dueled to the outside of MIGHY MESSAGE from the outside, was between horses turning for home, as ORDER OF MERIT joined the fray to the outside, gave a good effort but came up short in a blanket finish. CLAY'S BLACK OPAL dropped far behind the other three after the start and chased throughout. This race was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
