Chart notes

CHAIN REACTION , in range while saving ground, eased out three wide and moved up past the five sixteenths, closed steadily while floated out by INFAMOUS NONO inside the sixteenth pole, wrested command in deep stretch and held firm while exchanging a bump near the wire. INFAMOUS NONO shadowed the leader from the two path, moved to apply more pressure leaving the far turn, sparred on a short lead from the five sixteenths, briefly shook clear under a drive near the eighth pole, wandered outward when engaged, fought on gamely to the inside of the winner and bumped with that one very late. CAPPETTA stumbled at the break, regrouped and moved to command after a sixteenth of a mile, set the pace towards the inside, dueled past the three eighths, stayed on well to about mid stretch then weakened late. GENGHIS broke a step slow, angled out and was used three wide to contention, failed to go on nearing the lane and faded.
