Chart notes
STYLET stalked the leaders through the turn to be well positioned, rallied in upper stretch to engage the pacesetter midway down the lane and pulled clear in the final sixteenth. EMBLAZE reserved off the pace well in hand to midway on the bend, made a steady advance from five wide down the lane but had to settle for the place. OKLAHOMA SMOKE set the pace on a clear lead through well rated fractions, dug-in when challenged in upper stretch and weakened in the final eighth. TIGER DIVISION trailed to the head of the lane and passed weaker rivals in the lane showing some interest to be best of the rest. VALIANT ENYA was one-paced failing to menace. ANHINGA prompted the pace and gave way. WHEREVER WE ARE was not a threat.
