Chart notes
ROYAL CAUSEWAY broke a step slow, laid off of the pace along the inside before moving two wide around the first turn, pursued from the three path around the far turn, fanned to the seven path entering the lane, floated eight to nine wide in upper stretch then rallied outside of foes to bid at the sixteenth pole and drove past. DOCTRINE stalked along the inside, chased while moving out to the seven path in upper stretch, bid in the eight path and between horses at the sixteenth pole but got outkicked. PATROL SQUAD SIX pressed two wide, prompted around the far turn, got floated out to the four then six path in upper stretch, vied into the final furlong, but got floated to the seven path while getting collared by an outer pair at the sixteenth pole, got outkicked and saved show. HIGHLY CONNECTED broke a bit outwardly, saved ground in midpack and ran on to miss show. ZAKINTHOS set the pace along the inside, moved out to the three path while digging in entering the lane, drifted wider in the final furlong then yielded between horses late. BEAUTIFUL WAR stalked three wide, pursued within striking range around the far turn, got floated five to seven wide in upper stretch, chased between horses into the final furlong but steadied when put in tight at the sixteenth pole and failed to recover. EXONERATE saved ground off of the pace to no avail. FORUM tracked from the four to two path around the first turn, chased in the four path into the lane and failed to factor. PREPPED broke a step slow and got floated outwardly at the start, trailed near the inside and got outrun. THE RIDER OF BEAUTIFUL WAR CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST ROYAL CAUSEWAY ALLEGING INTERFERENCE IN DEEP STRETCH. FOLLOWING THE OBJECTION AS WELL AS A STEWARDS' INQUIRY, NO CHANGE WAS MADE TO THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
