Chart notes
GUN POLICY stalked the slow pace to midway on the far turn, overtook the leader leaving the quarter pole and went clear late in the drive. TWIST 'N TWIRL set a dawdling pace on a clear lead to the far turn, had no answer when confronted by the winner turning for home and ran-on in the lane as second best. SNOVEMBER slow early to be the trailer and made a grinding rally in the final quarter mile to be along for the show. YOUREAWIZARD HARRY unhurried to be off the pace for the first half mile, rallied into contention on the final bend and flattened out unable to sustain thebid. OH' WHAT A DAY tracked the leaders to be well placed into the far turn and went evenly lacking a response for the drive.
